Using the service

You must have authority to create a workspace, connect a product, and submit its data. You are responsible for the people you invite and the event data your projects send.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ferno to break the law, compromise another system, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, or submit data you do not have the right to process.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Ferno the limited rights needed to host, process, and analyze that data to provide the service.

Investigations and recommendations

Ferno reports are decision support, not a guarantee of cause or outcome. Review evidence, uncertainty, and recommended actions before making product or business decisions.

Availability and changes

The service may change as Ferno develops. We work to keep it reliable, but no online service is uninterrupted. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Ending use

You may stop using Ferno and request workspace deletion. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, other customers, or comply with law.
