What Ferno receives

Ferno receives account information used to authenticate people and operate workspaces, plus product events submitted through a project API key.

  • Account identity and workspace membership
  • Project configuration and encrypted integration credentials
  • Events, event properties, timestamps, and supplied user or anonymous identifiers
  • Operational logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure

How the data is used

We use this information to provide product analytics, detect meaningful behavioral changes, investigate them, secure the service, and support the workspace.

  • We do not sell customer product data.
  • Investigation results remain scoped to the workspace and project that produced them.
  • Ferno does not ask customers to send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in event properties.

Storage and retention

Workspace records and reports are stored separately from high-volume product events. Retention may depend on the workspace plan and service configuration. Workspace owners may request deletion through their support channel.

Service providers and integrations

Ferno uses infrastructure and model providers to operate the service. Connected integrations receive data only when required for the connection or an explicitly approved action. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest.

Your choices

Workspace administrators can manage projects, API keys, members, and integrations. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion can be made through the support channel available in Ferno.
